Red Velvet Cream cheese truffle

Ingredients:

* Red Velvet cake crumb: 1 cup
* Cream cheese : 1/2 cup
* Yogurt : 1/4 cup

* Sugar: 1/2 cup
* Vanilla essence: few drops
* Whipped cream: 1/2 cup

Method:

Beat whipped cream, sugar, curd, vanilla essence and cream cheese in a bowl and pour in to a piping bag. Now take some party shooter glasses and sprinkle some cake crumb then pour cream cheese filling. Repite it for two times. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour and serve delicious red velvet truffle!!
