Sussex Chef of the Year competition

gfffSussex Bangladeshi Caterers Association is organising ‘Sussex Chef of the Year 2016’.  The winners will be awared on 1st of November at the Assembly Hall of Worthing at Gala dinner.  The organisation recently organised a road show at a restaurant in Brighton to inform this.  At the meeting, the organisation informed that Sussex will be divided in four zones and chefs would be awarded in two divisions.  The interested candidates will need to collect their nomination by 31st of July.  An independent and skill panel of judges will then decide the winners and the winners will be declared at the gala dinner.

Secretary of Sussex Bangladeshi Caterers Association Ajkor Ali conducted the road-show and Vice-president M A Qayum Miah presided over the show. Prominent businessman Haji Rafique Miha was present as the Chief Guest at the event.  Other guests at the road-show were Milik Chowdhury, Abul Muhit Noor, Sadeq Miah, Syed Shamim Ahmed, Millac Chowdury, Abdul Wahid, Golam Rabbani Suhel and others.

Ohter guests at road-show included Koyes Ahmed, Abdul Mannan, Towhid Miah Koyes, Amir Ali, Abul Foysal, Khairul Islam, Abul Bashor, Badrul Haque, Furkhan Hasan, Syed Farid and other restaurant owners, chefs and employees.
