Those who will accompany CA during his visit to New York

Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus will attend the upcoming 79th UN General Assembly session scheduled for September 22-27 at the UN Headquarters in New York, United States.

A seven-member delegation will accompany him, said Foreign Adviser Touhid Hossain.

The seven-member delegation comprises Dr Yunus’ daughter Deena Afroz Yunus, Chief SDG Coordinator Lamiya Morshed, economist Debapriya Bhattacharya, Drik Managing Director Shahidul Alam, Chief Adviser’s Special Assistant Mahfuz Alam, Private Secretary Sabbir Ahmed and Brac University student Ayesha Siddika Tithi.

This information was given in an office order signed by Chief Adviser’s Office Director (Administration) AKM Moniruzzaman.

Dr Yunus will return to the country shortly after his visit.
