5 killed as bus hits autorickshaw in Sherpur

Five people were killed and two others injured after a passenger bus smashed an autorickshaw in Sherpur’s Sadar upazila.

The accident happened at about 11:30AM on the Sherpur-Mymensing road.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

A bus belonging to ‘Rifat Paribahan’ hit a CNG-run autorickshaw at Bhatshala area, leaving five dead on the spot two injured.

The condition of the injured are also critical, it was learnt.

Police personnel are on the scene.
