Journo Anis Alamgir gets HC bail

The High Court on Thursday granted the bail petition of senior journalist Anis Alamgir in ca case.

An HC bench of Justice KM Jahid Sarwar and Justice Sheikh Abu Taher passed the bail plea.

Adv Aslam Miah was present during the hearing and he later confirmed the bail news to media.

On January 22, a Dhaka Court rejected the bail application.

Anis Alamgir has been in jail at a Anti-Terrorism Act case since December last.
