Sabudana 1 cup
Kaju – 10-12
Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Oil – as required
Roast Sabudana in a pan. In another pan roast the kaju. Transfer them to separate plates.
Now in one of the pans, add desiccated coconut and some sugar. Add some water.
Cook until the coconut turns brown.
Take a blender and add the sabudana mixture and the coconut mixture. And grind it.
Now in the other pan add sugar and water to make syrup. Now mix the syrup with the coarsely ground Sabudana mixture. Make small balls.
Garnish ladoos with cashew nuts.
Your dish is ready to serve.
