Sometimes thie method helps you to avoid going in for that rich rabdi or tempting cakes. Before biting into delicious looking items, think about all the hours you will have to put in to loosing that fat.
Serve healthy at parties
You can plan a healthy menu at your own parties and set the ball rolling Fruits, nuts, healthy dips, delicious low calorie snacks and desserts will keep the menu interesting. Make small sized bite versions of the snacks so that even if someone is tempted to try then can do so and then stop.
Don’t over indulge
Condition your mind well in advance about avoiding fat foods and over indulgence. Plan and decide to eat moderately and monitor yourself through the day.
Up your physical activity
Try to increase your workout time since you know you will be eating more soon. So apart from your regular physical activity try some other extracurricular activity you love which will help keep you fitter. Cycling, yoga, martial arts, or even brisk walks in the winter breeze can help.
