Death of Kuwait’s Emir: Bangladesh observing state mourning day

Bangladesh is observing state mourning day on Monday following the death of Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah.

The national flag is being kept at half-mast at all government, semi-government, and autonomous institutions, all government and non-government buildings, including educational institutions and Bangladesh missions abroad, in observance of the state mourning.

Special prayers are being offered at all mosques.
