Ingredients:
v Palm paste- 1/4 cup
v Egg- 2 pieces
v Sugar- 1/2 cup
v All purpose flour- 1.5 cup
v Coconut milk- 1 cup
v Salt- 1 tsp
v Baking powder- 2 tsp
Method:
1. At first beat the egg well and add sugar.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in palm paste, egg mixture, flour, coconut milk, salt and baking powder.
3. Stir all the ingredients together Until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into ramekins, Filling about 3/4 full.
5. Steam the ramekins on high heat for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Serve warm or at room temperature, Garnished with grated coconut flesh.
