At least 11 people were injured, and one building was hit in central Israel, after Iran launched two waves of missiles early Sunday morning, reportedly in response to a U.S. bombing of its nuclear facilities.
Israel’s Magen David Adom rescue service confirmed that 11 people were taken to hospital, including a 30-year-old man in moderate condition who was wounded in the upper body by shrapnel.
Public broadcaster KAN 11 aired footage showing a heavily damaged building surrounded by debris, reportedly located in central Israel. The missile attacks began around 7:30 am local time (0430 GMT), following heightened regional tensions.
