At least 11 injured as Iranian missiles hit central Israel after US strike on nuclear sites

At least 11 people were injured, and one building was hit in central Israel, after Iran launched two waves of missiles early Sunday morning, reportedly in response to a U.S. bombing of its nuclear facilities.

Israel’s Magen David Adom rescue service confirmed that 11 people were taken to hospital, including a 30-year-old man in moderate condition who was wounded in the upper body by shrapnel.

Public broadcaster KAN 11 aired footage showing a heavily damaged building surrounded by debris, reportedly located in central Israel. The missile attacks began around 7:30 am local time (0430 GMT), following heightened regional tensions.
