BNP submits written application to EC accusing 3 former CECs

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has filed a case against 19 individuals, including the CECs of the 10th, 11th and 12th parliamentary elections.

It also appealed for legal action against the Chief Election Commissioner and election commissioners who conducted the 2014, 2018 and 2024 polls.

A BNP delegation submitted the application, signed by the party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, to Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin on Sunday morning.

At first, they submitted a copy of the application to the Election Commission and, later, went to Sher-e-Bangla Police Station for filing a case.
