‘Recommendations for charter’s implementation are one-sided, forcibly imposed on nation’

The proposals and recommendations of the National Consensus Commission are one-sided and being forcibly imposed on the nation, alleged BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.

”If necessary, BNP will go to the Chief Adviser with recommendations for implementing the July Charter.”

While speaking at a press conference on Thursday at the BNP Chairperson’s political office, Mirza Fakhrul said, ”The interim government has no authority to issue the July Charter Implementation Order. Any order must be signed by the president.”
