Ingredients

200ml – Low-fat milk – 84cal
2 tsp – Soaked sabja seeds – 4cal
20g figs- (soaked) – 55cal
1-2 – Soaked chopped almonds optional – 8cal
Elaichi powder (optional)
Total calories- 150
Protein – 7.8g
Fibre – 2.4g
Fat – 3.0g
Carbs – 23.2g

Consuming figs in summer keeps the body healthy. “Figs are a powerhouse of fibre. They are rich in potassium, minerals, calcium, and vitamins, and help keep diseases at bay.
