Mass contacts from Jan 6-11 for July Proclamation

The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement (ADSM) and Jatiya Nagorik Committee jointly will distribute leaflets, hold rallies and mass contacts across the country from January 6 to January 11 to raise awareness about the July Proclamation.

Hasnat Abdullah, convener of the ADSM, announced the programme at a press conference on Saturday.

“We demanded to announce July Proclamation by January 15 at ‘March For Justice’ programme held on Shaheed Minar premises on December 31. A declaration has been issued on behalf of the interim governmen. As every person in the country participated in this uprising, we believe that this declaration will reflect the aspirations of the people,” he added.
