NBR reduces source tax on fresh fruit imports to 5%

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has announced a reduction in the source tax on imported fresh fruits from 10% to 5%.

The tax cut applies to various fresh and dried fruits, including oranges, citrus fruits, lemons, grapes, apples, and pears.

The NBR has issued an official notification regarding the change, which will take effect immediately.
