SSC re-evaluation results released

The re-evaluated results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations were released on Sunday (August 10).

The results were published around 10AM. Prof SM Kamal Uddin Haider, Controller of Examinations of the Dhaka Education Board, provided the information.

He said, this year, 92,863 students have applied for re-evaluation of a total of 223,664 records, which is significantly more than the last year. The number of applicants has increased by around 21,000 and the number of challenged records has increased by about 40,000.

The highest number of re-evaluation requests were for Mathematics, with 42,936 answer scripts challenged, followed by English First and Second Papers with 19,688 each, Physics with 16,233, and Bengali First and Second Papers with 13,558 answer scripts. The lowest number of applications came from Arts and Crafts, with only six answer scripts challenged.
