BUET’s 3-wheeler to ply on Dhaka streets from August

The three-wheeler battery-run rickshaw, designed by Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), will be seen on Dhaka streets from early August. At first, the rickshaws will run on Paltan, Dhanmondi and Uttara roads. Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain came up with the information at a programme held at Nagar Bhaban on Saturday.
