Dhaka-Ctg-Sylhet train services resume

The train movement on the Chittagong-Dhaka- Sylhet route resumed after two hours of disruption on Thursday.

The train movement became normal at about 9:30am after a relief train from Laksam Railway Junction conducted the salvage operation.

Earlier, Chittagong’s rail links with Dhaka and Sylhet was snapped when a hanger of the Chittagong mail train broke at 7am in between Gunoboti and Hasanpur station.
