Shakila Saki wants to survive with music

During her childhood she had fascination to music. For this reason, her family members thought that she could become a singer. Later she started learning music from two music teachers. One music teacher was Ustad Akbar while other was Ustad Shyamal Kumar Sarkar. Therefore, Saki received training on music from several institutions. By this way promising singer Shakila Saki started her music career.From her childhood life Saki enthralled audience by stage performances. In the meantime, senior singers’ songs also inspired her to come into music arena. When Shakila Saki was an honors student she gave her vocal for mixed albums. Later she started to lend her vocal for playback tracks for different films. Saki’s debut playback song was for film Pagol Tor Jonnyo Re. She also gave her vocal for playback songs for films Tomar Jonnyo Ami and Chhuye Diley Mon. Popular singer Tahsan was her co-singer in this duet song.On the occasion of this year Valentine’s Day Shakila Saki’s debut solo album titled Shakila Saki Vol 1 was released under the banner of G-Series. SI Tutul also gave his vocal for a duet song with Saki in the album, which has already become popular among the music listeners.Shakila Saki has established herself in music industry to render all types of songs including modern, folk and melodious. Therefore, she has been performing in different TV programmes in satellite channels. While talking about herself Shakila Saki told this correspondent, “I always want to render songs in selective way. I never compromise in this regard. I am really grateful to the listeners because they have received my songs positively. In future, I want to present more nice songs for them.”
