Chatok-Dowara Surma Jubo Parishad distributes Rickshaw among poor people

Chatok-Dowara Surma Jubo Parishad recently distributed rickshaws to the poor and deprived local people to help them with employment.  UK living representatives of the organisation organised a meeting to mark the cheque giving of this benevolent initiative.
The meeting took place in a restaurant in East London on 5th January.  Organisation’s President Fajrul Haque Enam presided over  the meeting and General Secretary Ahmed Abul Lais conducted it.  Religious Affairs Secretary Quri Muhibur Rahman Shipon recited from the Quarn in the beginning.
Former Councillor Abdal Ullah  attended the event as Chief Guest.  Special Guests who attended the event included Senior Vice-President of Sunamganj District Association Altafur Rahman Mojahid, President of Chatok Shomity Fajal Uddin, Former Secretary of Surjoshena Club Abdul Malek Shamim, Treasurer of Sunamganj Shomity Ashikul Islam, Moktar Ahmed, Masud Koli, Cherag Ali, Mashuk Miah, Sharif Ullah, Lilu Miah Talukdar, Hossain Ahmed.
Other guests who addressed the audience included Helal Miah, Misbah Uzzaman Masum, Abu Shahid, Hossain Ahmed, Aslom Hossain, Abdus Salam, Abdul Alim, Muhibur Rahman, Qamruzzaman, Shahjahan Talukdar, Jahirul Islam, Sadeq Hossain Bachchu, Afsor Uddin, Abdul Kahar, Abdur Rouf, Abu Nosor and others.
The speakers praised highly of the benevolent activities that the organisation is doing to alleviate the poverty and unemployment of the local area.
