BNP’s 3-hour hunger strike at Nayapaltan underway

Opposition BNP is observing a three-hour mass hunger strike programme in front of its Nayapaltan party office in the capital.

The strike, organised by Dhaka Metropolitan South and North, began at 11am.

Demanding release and send the party Chairperson Khaleda Zia abroad, BNP, members of like-minded political parties and alliances are observing the programme simultaneously.

Besides, a similar programme is being held in all district towns and metropolitan cities across the country.
