Two dead body found in Sylhet

Police recovered dead body of two young man from Sylhet city on Thursday night. Police recovered a young hanging body of his house at Kazitula in the city on Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Shaheen Ahmed, 26, a resident of Kazitula area and son of Azizur Rahman of Bashtala village in Doarabazar upaizla of Sunamganj district. Another The deceased was identified as Rezaul Karim, 40, a resident of Upashohor area and son of Ali Ashraf of Budichong upaizla of Comilla district. Police recovered a dead body of Kushiara resthouse, Mohajonpotti, Bandarbazar Sylhet on Thursday night. He is a bussines man of Kalighat in Sylhet city.

Kamal Uddin, sub-inspector of Kotowali Police Station, said getting no response from the room of Shaheen, local people informed the matter to police, who after breaking open the door found his body hanging with the ceiling of the room.

Police recovered the body and sent it to Osmani Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy around 11:30 pm.
Quoting locals, SI Kamal Uddin said Shaheen got married three months back and used to live in a rented house. Shaheen was alone at the house till Thursday night as his wife had gone to attend a wedding ceremony elsewhere in the area.
