Indonesia quake-tsunami: Death toll rises to 1,558

Indonesia’s National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) confirmed that the death toll in the earthquake and tsunami that struck Indonesia’s Sulawesi islands rose to 1,558 on Friday, reports ANI. Samsung sees record third quarter profit on chip demand

Samsung Electronics expects to post record operating profit in the third quarter, helped by strong demand for its memory chips.
