Easy Build brings complete building solutions

Easy Build has introduced full-fledged services on clients’ demand and likings to build a house with all architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical drawings facilities.

Rahat Zahan Shamim, chief operating officer, Easy Build, said everyone has a dream to have his/her own house. Perhaps some people have their own lands to build house.

But many don’t dare to start construction activities of their dream house as process of building a house is complex and faces hassle to buy construction materials. The customers will get complete building solutions at Easy Build.

He also said Easy Build started its journey in 2016. At the beginning, only building materials were available at the outlets. Later, we have added services which are needed to build a house.

Shamim added that there are about 4,000 building materials in seven categories including water and gas supply, kitchen, safety and security, construction, electrical and sanitary.

Amdadul Islam, senior brand manager, Easy Build, said “It’is difficult to avail home loan. We’ve an agreement with country’s leading financial institution IDLC so that our clients can get the loan easily.”

Under the agreement, the customers will get the loan for highest 25 years and the rate of interest will be 0.5 percent less than the existing interest rate, he added.

There are 10 Easy Build outlets across the country including Dhaka.
