Kuwait lifts ban on import of meat, eggs from Bangladesh

The government of Kuwait has lifted its ban on the import of all types of frozen poultry meat, meat products, and eggs from Bangladesh.

The Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait confirmed the development on Thursday (15 Jan).

According to the embassy, the Kuwaiti authorities have withdrawn the previous restrictions that had been imposed on the import of frozen chicken meat, meat-based products, and eggs from Bangladesh, allowing these items to be imported once again.
